The Beeline Platform

Your pavement,
as a system.

Most striping companies sell paint. We built software. The Beeline Platform is the digital layer under every job we do — the record, the intelligence, and the robotic execution that make pavement a managed asset instead of a recurring emergency.

01 The record

LotMap™ — a digital twin of your pavement.

Everything starts with one mapping visit. We capture your property as a georeferenced digital layout: every stall, arrow, ADA space, fire lane, crosswalk, curb, and crack — with photos pinned to exact locations.

GEO

Georeferenced geometry. Every line has real-world coordinates, accurate to centimeters. Not a sketch — a survey-grade record.

VER

Versioned layouts. Approved layout v1, as-built v2, the revision after you added EV stalls — the full history, never overwritten.

OPEN

Open formats. Your record lives as standard geospatial data (GeoJSON), exportable on request. If you ever leave us, it leaves with you.

ZONE

Zone structure. The lot is divided into wear zones — entrances, drive lanes, fire lanes, stall fields — each tracked and budgeted separately.

02 The intelligence

Condition scoring that triggers work — not sales calls.

Each zone gets a 1–10 condition score using PASER-based visual assessment, refreshed at every inspection. Scores drive the plan mechanically: cross a threshold, get scheduled. Stay healthy, save money.

ScoreConditionWhat happens
8–10Sharp lines, sound surfaceMonitor. Nothing sold, nothing painted.
6–7Visible wear in high-traffic zonesZone refresh scheduled — entrances, arrows, crosswalks only.
4–5Widespread fade, active crackingCrack seal + restripe; sealcoat evaluated on cost curve.
1–3Structural failureVetted paving partner engaged — we coordinate, we don't pave.

Utah is hard on lines: snowplow blades shear paint every winter and high-altitude UV bleaches it every summer. Zone scoring is how you pay for that reality only where it actually happens.

03 The execution

Robotic execution, from the record.

The layout in your record is the layout on your asphalt. Buzz loads your saved geometry and paints it — no chalk lines, no tape measures, no interpretation.

  • ±1 cm placementRTK GPS guidance places every line within a centimeter of the record, every time.
  • Zero pre-markingno chalking day — the robot goes straight to paint, which is why it's 7× faster.
  • Zone recallrepaint only the entrance zone, or stalls 41–80. Surgical work manual crews can't quote.
  • Sealcoat recoveryafter a sealcoat erases your lot, the approved layout returns exactly — not a re-guess.
  • Night operationslit, supervised, quiet enough for retail — tenants never lose a business day.
  • Machine-agnostic recordyour layout compiles to whatever machine executes it. The record outlives any robot.

04 The portal

One dashboard for every property.

Condition scores, planned work, budgets, photo documentation, and compliance history — live, per lot, across your whole portfolio. Updated after every visit. No more asking your vendor what happened; it's on your screen before our trailer leaves.

05 The pledge

You own the record. In writing.

Layouts, scores, photos, and history are yours — exportable in open formats, on request, at any time, including if you leave us. Software vendors lock your data in. Contractors keep it in a glovebox. We think the record belongs to the property, and we're the only ones in this market who'll put that in a contract.

What exactly do I get if I export?

Your layout geometry (GeoJSON), zone definitions, condition score history, inspection photos, and work records. Standard formats any surveyor, engineer, or future contractor can open.

Does another striper's equipment understand these files?

Any GPS-guided system can work from the geometry, and any competent crew can work from the printed layout sheets we generate from it. That's the point: the record makes you less dependent on everyone — including us.

Is my data shared or sold?

No. Your property data is visible to you and to us, and used only to plan and execute your work.
