About Beeline
Beeline Pavement Technologies is a founder-operated company out of Farmington, Utah, built on one conviction: your parking lot is a capital asset, and it deserves the same discipline as your roof, your HVAC, and your books.
01 The story
Striping is a century-old trade that still runs on chalk lines, measuring wheels, and whatever the last crew remembered. The result is an industry where every job starts from zero, every bid is a mystery, and the property owner — the person actually paying — holds none of the knowledge they've paid for.
We started Beeline to fix the model, not just the lines. Robotic execution was the unlock: once a layout lives as precise digital coordinates, everything downstream changes. Repainting becomes push-button. Sealcoats stop being layout-destroying events. Maintenance becomes zone-by-zone surgery instead of parking-lot-sized guesswork. And the record of all of it belongs to the property — in writing.
We're new, we're hungry, and we're building the operation we'd want to hire: shows up when it says, prices in the open, documents everything, and never sells paint a lot doesn't need.
02 How we operate
Straight lines, literally and otherwise. Transparent pricing, honest scoring, no invented urgency. If your lot scores 8/10, we'll tell you to keep your money.
The record belongs to the property. Your layouts and history are exportable in open formats, always. We keep clients with results, not lock-in.
Show up like it's an SLA. 24-hour response on every request, scheduled windows we actually hit, and photo proof of completion in your record.
Sell the plan, not the paint. Zone maintenance exists so you buy less striping over time, not more. That math is the whole business model.
The humans wrote four rules. I have one: the line goes where the record says it goes.— BUZZ · UNIT 001
